My MSc Dissertation focused on developing a comprehensive solution for
customer churn analysis and management. I utilized various machine learning
models to classify customers into high and low-churn categories, segment
them into distinct groups, diagnose the reasons behind customer churn, and
provide recommendations for customer retention. The project aimed to help
decision-makers make informed decisions and implement strategies to reduce
churn rates and improve customer satisfaction.
